An Inspection+ Service Agreement
The Inspection+ Service Agreement includes a highly specialised visual and technical equipment inspection as well as the required maintenance parts kits. Every 1000 hours a detailed inspection report will be included describing the condition of your equipment as well as advanced warning of potential problems.

What does an Inspection+ Service Agreement include?
Induction Visit (At First Visit)
Mantrac will provide training for your technicians or operators to perform daily checks, basic inspection, basic maintenance and S-O-SSM fluid sampling.
Maintenance Parts Kit SOSSM (Every 1000 Hours)
Mantrac will provide a kit containing all the parts and the oil you need to perform your equipment service as detailed in the Caterpillar Operations & Maintenance Manual delivered with your equipment.
Maintenance Labor (Every 1000 Hours)
Mantrac will perform the maintenance required for your equipment. A highly skilled engineer will travel to your equipment with a service vehicle equipped with the specialised tooling needed for the inspections, fluid analysis, diagnostics, oil and filter changes. Each time, you will receive a report including the analysis and recommendations you need to ensure your equipment and operations are running at optimum efficiency.
S-O-SSM Fluid Analysis Kit
S-O-SSM Services involve an analysis of equipment fluids in our specialised laboratories. By checking the results against Caterpillar wear tables, potential problems can be identified and corrective action taken. Mantrac will provide S-O-SSM Fluid Analysis Kits for each interval and maintain a full record of all service and repair work, along with fluid analysis lab results.
Waste Oil and Filter Disposal
After servicing your equipment, Mantrac will provide you waste oil and filter management in line with Caterpillar contamination control standards.
Periodic Inspection (Every 1000 Hours)
This consists of a visual walk around inspection of the equipment using an extensive checklist and performed by a highly qualified field service engineers who will also provide key recommendations in line with Caterpillar guidelines and standards.
Electronic Machine Data Monitoring
During the periodic inspection visit, Mantrac will connect the diagnostic tools into your equipment to diagnose and calibrate the various electronic control systems.
Recommended Actions
Based on the S-O-SSM fluid analysis, electronic diagnostics and the periodic inspection, Mantrac will make recommendations at every 1000 hours to help you maintain your equipment in perfect condition. This will enable you to focus on your core activity and optimise your owning and operating costs.
Documented Service History
Mantrac will share records of any maintenance performed on your equipment during the period of the CSA.

Specialised training will be offered from Mantrac including:

Service Response time
Mantrac guarantees a response time for service requests with 48 hours of reporting a problem.

- Possibility of extending this package to include Power Train extended warranty

- Agreement for 3 years / 6000 hours.
