In June 2010, Mantrac Nigeria received two Caterpillar representatives who paid a three-day visit to the company. Major objective of this visit was to demonstrate consistent support which Caterpillar has for her authorized dealer to enable her meets and exceeds the customers’ expectations.
The Caterpillar representatives were able to visit three of Mantrac offices in Nigeria (Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja) and were impressed with the kind of investments they saw as well as the business environment. They also had good discussion with three of Mantrac major customers in Abuja. Positive feedbacks were received from the customers on her services and overall response time.
